This building was designed and built by Castelucci Construction, Inc. in 2008. Located in Kennedy Township.  It serves as an adult daycare facility operated by Citizens Care

Middletown Village – townhome development located in Kennedy Township situated on seven acres and consists of 42 three bedroom units all designed and built by Castelucci Construction, Inc.

Middletown Commons – A three story condominium building with underground parking and an elevator located in Kennedy Township situated on one acre and consists of 17 two bedroom units all designed and built by Castelucci Construction, Inc.
